Welcome! A home-away-from home for the Jewish students at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Chabad anticipates and serves the needs of students on a social, educational and spiritual level. At Chabad, all students are welcome, regardless of background, affiliation, and level of observance.
Who we are
Rabbi Sholom & Goldie Eagle
Chabad-Lubavitch is a philosophy, a movement, and an organization. It is considered to be the most dynamic force in Jewish life today. Our mission is to treat every Jew with love and care and to inspire them to embrace and be proud of their Judaism. Through intellectual debates and discussions, engaging social events, and a warm and cozy atmosphere for Shabbat/Holiday meals and programs, we aim to empower every Jewish student with the tools to grow in their own unique way.
What we offer
Social Events
From Holiday parties to Challah Bakes we offer and host an array of events for you to experience the love of Judaism and meet fellow Jewish students on campus.
Jewish Education
Join our weekly meet-ups including; Pizza & Parsha, Lunch and Learn and Kosher Coffee Club where we discuss relevant Torah subjects in a casual setting.
Shabbat Meals
Come and enjoy delicious homemade shabbat meals every Friday night. Gather with friends and savor freshly baked challah and chicken soup at our home.
Jewish Family
We are always just a text or DM away if you ever need to talk, learn, explore your
Jewish heritage or just need someone to listen.
